To achieve GHS compliance the following fields of attention have been defined:

Build awareness of GHS among all DSM employees engaged in the supply chain
product flow.

Build awareness of GHS among our key suppliers and customers and inform them
about the timelines and manner of implementation.

Update of Product Safety & Dangerous Goods Management software systems
regarding the content of GHS.

Identify business processes regarding Product Safety and Dangerous Goods
Management. Align current DSM processes impacted by the GHS.

Classification, reclassification and labelling of all DSM products in the
given transition period for substances and mixtures. Adapt documents such as
Safety Data Sheets and Worker Permits to the GHS regulations.
DSM is committed to ensuring implementation of National Legislation under the
new GHS Regulations.
Coordination of all GSH-related actions within DSM is guided by a corporate
Steering Group supported by an Implementation Team and dedicated BG
implementaion teams.
