Two thirds of the Chinese population ride bicycles: without light or
reflectors, that is. "DSM values safety as a top priority, and we
would like to extend this to the outside world," says Zhu Zhong,
explaining the Torch dream to provide the children of the middle and high
school in Zhangjiakou city with bicycle reflectors (which was put into effect
at the end of September), in order to make them ride more safely at night.
