Voluntary construction work

Volunteers from DSM Engineering Plastics in Evansville (Indiana, United States) are rolling up their sleeves and collaborating on the construction of a house for someone who is otherwise unable to afford a house. The construction forms part of an initiative carried out by ‘Habitat of Evansville’, an organization that contributes to the ‘Habitat for Humanity International’ mission to create better living conditions for the less fortunate. With the assistance of a total of 18,000 volunteers, Habitat has already built 250 residences.

Of course, the customary safety regulations in place at DSM, such as long sleeves, safety goggles and expert supervision are being applied during the construction of the house that the volunteers from DSM Engineering Plastics Evansville are helping to build.
