Because of The Torch action, DSM Thermoplastic
Elastomers can send ten underprivileged inner city children to a camp for a
week this summer, Camp Wonderland in Sharon, Massachusetts. The DSM site is
working with the local Salvation Army to bring this together.
“The folks and children we are working with in the community are very
excited and believe - as we do – that it will make a very good impact on these
children’s lives,” says Bill Donahue. “This is truly
the way to go about changing lives, hopes and dreams of those who may never
expect a dream to come true. We thank DSM for making this come true. This will
now change DSM to Dream Some More. Hopefully our site can continue the program
in the years to come through our own employees efforts.”
