Airco for children in library

  • January 2003 in Leominster, MA (USA)
  • Paula Valiton (DSM Elastomers)
Leominster City Library

The Leominster City Library is situated in one of the city’s oldest buildings. The library has two sections. The adult section is in a newer part of the building but the children's room is in an older part and has no air conditioning. Shouldn't children have the same level of comfort as adults? So Paula offered the library the air conditioning to promote reading by children.

Paula received a plaque of appreciation from the City to be displayed in the foyer at DSM and a plaque was mounted in the Library detailing DSM’s donation.
