Adriano explained his dream. "It is my dream to create a television
room along the lines of the 'Television Rooms 2000 Project'. This is an
opportunity for any person aged over 15 to complete their education and take
examinations in order to receive the primary or secondary school grade
certificate through Telecurso 2000
, a supplementary teaching method for the first and second grades developed
by the Roberto Marinho Foundation and
FIESP (Federação e Centro das Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo)
. Telecurso 2000 is the biggest distance teaching project under way in
Brazil. It has over 8000 classes working simultaneously in all states of the
country. Here in Rio Grande do Sul there is no classroom of this type and it
will be the first."
