The investment process consists of the following steps:

We execute our preliminary screening (we aim within 3 weeks)

We contact you, call meetings, visit your organization, et cetera

We'll find agreement on the main terms and conditions

We execute an in depth due diligence

We'll have final negotiations

The DSM Investment Board takes the ultimate decision
The total process generally takes between 6 and 9 months.
