Arnitel delivers flexibility in molding for bedsprings and mattress springs.

Mattress springs, element slats, and resilient slat holders are easier to mold with Arnitel. The Arnitel P grades deliver high flow and fast crystallization behavior that result in significant cycle time reduction compared to competitive products.

 Arnitel offers key advantages for bedsprings including:

• Broad portfolio in shore D hardness (35D-74D) allowing for molding of the same parts in a different stiffness/ hardness for various zones of the bed
• Excellent elastomeric properties fulfilling the desired spring rate specification
