Our Let’s Cake Together™ solution helps you produce healthier, tastier cakes at reduced cost

The solution combines three revolutionary ingredients that together offer a range of benefits including cost reduction, fat and egg reduction, indulgent taste and mouth feel and a longer shelf life.

The three key ingredients of our Let's Cake Together™ concept are:

CakeZyme™ : A microbial phospholipase that allows bakers to use up to 20% less egg in their recipes. CakeZyme™ allows manufacturers to produce cakes with added volume, improved crumb structure, increased softness and extended shelf life. The result: Better quality cakes with lower cost of raw materials and also potential reductions in handling and transportation costs.

ETENIA™: a natural, clean label ingredient derived from potato starch, it enables manufacturers to cut the fats and saturates in their cakes by up to 30%. Etenia™ helps create low-fat, baked goods at reduced costs – yet with the mouth feel and creaminess of full-fat alternatives.

Maxarite™ Delite: A revolutionary taste potentiator based on yeast, Maxarite™ Delite helps manufacturers create foods with improved nutritional profiles and excellent taste. The ‘buttery’ taste and enhanced creaminess equal a far greater depth of flavour. Furthermore, the product masks possible off notes caused by baking powder.
