Leading global brewers are working successfully with DSM Food Specialties today.

The award-winning Polish Namyslow brewery uses Brewers Clarex™ to produce many of the country’s most well-respected beer brands, including Zamkowie and Kozackie.

The challenge: As its beers became more popular outside of Poland, Namyslow was increasingly seeing the need to extend the shelf life of its beers for export beyond the standard six months.

The solution: Brewers Clarex™, which performed favourably in tests at worts of 12P, 14.1P and 18.5P)

Result: Beers now have a prolonged shelf life of up to 8 months with a significant improvement in flavour and chill stability.
