Fabuless™ opens up exciting possibilities for manufacturers to develop a number of different innovative solutions for a range of consumer groups. Unlike many other weight management solutions, Fabuless™ does not rely on considerable individual effort and discipline. It has been designed simply to support people control their food intake and maintain a healthy diet.

Independent extensive clinical data show that people using Fabuless™ eat less and often don’t even feel the difference - an interesting proposition for the consumer if it simply involves incorporating a tasty yoghurt with 5 grams Fabuless™ into the daily diet. For intensive dieting, a completely different but relevant concept could be developed by means of a ‘meal replacement shake, incorporating an active dose of, for example, 10 grams Fabuless™, to help reduce hunger feelings for those who normally have problems sticking to diets.

Fabuless™ affects the amount of time it takes to become hungry again after a meal and how much food is eaten at the next meal. Our research shows that different fats, especially when structured and formulated in a specific way, each have a different effect on prolongation of satiety.

The clinical evidence behind Fabuless™ is extensive. Four independent studies have been performed at the Northern Ireland Centre for Diet and Health at the University of Ulster. All studies consistently substantiate the product's effect on reducing calorie intake. The results of the studies show a reduction in calorie intake at subsequent meals between 12.5 to 29 percent. The effect has been shown to last for more than eight hours. These results have been published in three articles in scientific peer-reviewed journals.
