Delvoren^®/Caglio Camoscio^® is a range of animal rennet products. Two main enzymes - chymosin and pepsin - determine the quality and performance of the coagulants, and they are standardised for coagulating strength according to market preferences and/or national regulatory requirements

Both Delvoren^® and Caglio Camoscio^® are well suited for the production of traditional cheese, and for cheese types that have to meet certain regional cheese regulations, such as DOC.
