Available in powder format, InsuVital™ consists of an extensively hydrolysed casein developed using our proprietary enzyme. It offers a number of important functional benefits:

  • a less bitter taste profile compared to regular hydrolysed casein
  • clear solution and high solubility even at low pH (InsuVital™ is stable over a pH range of 1 - 7) or after heat treatment
  • low viscosity

Therefore it is possible to formulate tasty products with a glucose lowering effect.
