Applications of Maxilact® and Tolerase®

Maxilact® and Tolerase® can be used for many applications. It gives your customers the opportunity to finally enjoy the taste of their favourite dairy products, without having to compromise on taste.

Maxilact® has been used for a long time in the production of hydrolyzed milk and dulce de leche. It can also be applied in a range of other products, such as yogurt, ice cream, desserts, cream and cheese.

Tolerase® can be applied in dietary supplements as a digestive aid.
Furthermore, it be applied in food processing, in products such as acid whey and yogurt.
