Applications of Maxilact® and Tolerase®

Maxilact® has been used for a long time in the production of hydrolyzed milk and dulce de leche. It can also be applied in a range of other products, such as yogurt, ice cream, desserts, cream and cheese.

Tolerase® can be applied in dietary supplements as a digestive aid. Furthermore, it be applied in food processing, in products such as acid whey and yogurt.

Maxilact® LGX, the latest innovation in low lactose

Maxilact® LGX is the new, breakthrough pure lactase enzyme. Created to reduce the off notes that can develop at the end of a lactose free product’s shelf life, Maxilact® LGX guarantees an even higher quality and clean flavour throughout the product’s lifespan than any other products in our current Maxilact® range.
