Mr L. Stokes Just a quick update on how I have got on with my first 500g bag. I am totally unconvinced by the new "pulsing" protocol, and have ditched it. I think there is some merit in a pulse first thing in the morning, but I actually lost size pulsing the rest of the day. I don't blame this on the product though, I blame it on trying to overcomplicate the situation and ending up with fewer calories than I needed. So having ditched that approach I moved the Peptopro to post workout, which has been a revelation. I blend a scoop of Peptopro (however much that is, I would also like to know how that translates to grams) with 50g of dextrose, a teaspoon of leucine and a level teaspoon of cranberry flavouring.
