But for nearly 50 years, this natural anti-fungal agent was the cornerstone of our protection products – especially in the dairy industry.

It’s also widely used in a range of applications for dry sausages (like salami) and cured meats.

It’s only a matter of time before other markets will follow.

As we start to develop new food protection products - like liquids - along with other active ingredients, I expect us to open up entirely new application areas. Wine, fruit and vegetable juices, bread…they all need to be protected against spoilage and we have the key in our hands”
