Polymer reference materials for XRF

X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) is a matrix dependent technique, which means it must be calibrated to carry out quantitative measurements. To do this, reference materials must be available. You simply have to indicate what quantity is desired (for instance, reference materials for a 5 point calibration), for which matrix (polymer) and which elements (at which percentage) should be present.
