The innovative Partner in Sport - DSM and NOC*NSF

DSM and the Dutch Olympic Committee/Dutch Sports Federation ( NOC*NSF) have been ‘Partners in Sport’ since 2001. The Olympic philosophy, the tremendous ambition displayed by Olympic athletes and in particular their great passion very much appeal to DSM. NOC*NSF is aiming for the maximum possible result: going for medals, using the best possible resources. DSM is actively contributing to the achievement of this goal.

Of course, it is ultimately up to the individual athletes to deliver a top-level performance. An excellent physical condition, based on well-balanced nutrition, is therefore crucial. At the same time, the best high-tech materials are increasingly making the difference between victory and defeat.

That is why DSM, as innovation partner, does more than just provide financial support. Together with NOC*NSF we are developing new products in the field of nutrition and performance materials exclusively for the Dutch Olympic team, to enable them to deliver top-level performances.

These innovations are being developed in close collaboration with specialists from NOC*NSF, coaches, athletes and the Olympic support team. The combination of DSM’s knowledge and know-how in the fields of life sciences and materials sciences with NOC*NSF’s experience in sports represents the ultimate win-win situation for creating new breakthrough innovations.
