Automotive connectors made with Stanyl® see shorter cycle times and better processing with high flow grades that deliver performance where it’s needed in critical application areas for high temperature wire harness connectors and wire side sealed connectors.

Material Solutions

High temperature wire harness connectors, used in turbo diesel injection engine pump nozzle cable assemblies, connect outside engine motor management, are continuously exposed to high temperatures and chemicals.
Connectors made with Stanyl TW341 and Stanyl TW363 deliver heat resistance and film hinge capability after exposure to oil and diesel for 2000hrs at 150°C.
Stanyl TW200F6 provides a one material solution for all positions of a high temperature wire side sealed connector and complies with USCAR testing protocol.
Connectors benefit from the high stiffness of Stanyl at operating temperatures and the toughness it delivers for snap fit. With high flow and a faster cycling time than PPT Stanyl lowers costs and offers more design freedom.
