You can make your stabilization process more robust to energy fall outs and make it less energy costly, through a combination of our unique patented enzyme, Brewers Clarex® and our global team of brew masters who work side-by-side with you, ‘on the ground’ to help you overcome these energy issues. Furthermore Brewers Clarex is easy to apply, needs no big investment and has no impact on beer (taste or foam) quality.
We have experienced customers increasing their stabilization temperature from below 0°C to 6 °C thus reducing energy usage and time needed to cool.
