Reduce brewing footprint

Do you feel you are reaching your limits in what you can improve on in your current set up? We can help you achieve major reductions in the energy usage and carbon footprint by using enzymes like Brewers Clarex® in your beer stabilization and clarification process. Brewers Clarex also allows you to save water and significantly, reduce beer loss and production waste, and speed up your stabilization process, maximizing your production efficiency even more.
Optimizing the quality of malt or other raw materials

More beer, using less resources, with less waste

By enabling stabilization at temperatures of up to 7 °C Brewers Clarex reduces the amount of energy needed by eliminating the deep cooling step in the stabilization process. A LCA (Life Cycle Analysis) carried out for Brewers Clarex demonstrates a carbon emission reduction of 8%. Our enzyme also improves beer filtration cycle lengths, thus reducing the amount of water and beer loss, all without impacting beer (taste or foam) quality.
