We also offer coating resins for hard-wearing metal components on trucks, like the chassis and plastic bumper bars. Our waterborne, solvent-borne and UV curable coating resins for interior plastics are available as primers and as topcoats, which protected against dirt & stains and exterior coating resins that withstand the harshest weathering and road conditions.

This is an aliphatic co-solvent free waterborne urethane dispersion that offers a unique combination of soft-feel with low gloss. It also offers good chemical resistance when cross linked with a suitable hardener.

Today’s leading car refinishes need to be efficient, environmentally sustainable and high-performing so that they look and perform well for years. Most car refinishing coating systems consist of multiple layers and because these products have different properties you need to use a broad range of resins to produce the ‘perfect finish’. Our resins enable the paint formulator to develop coatings that are fast drying, offer excellent outdoor durability and can be used as special multi-layered coatings in both high solids solventborne and waterborne formats. This solvent-based, high-solid hybrane enriched acrylic is for two-components formulations with high reactivity even at lower temperatures. It meets the latest EU legislation in clear and topcoat formulations with good durability.
Generally, the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) use primer surfacer and basecoats which are mostly waterborne or powder coatings. The majority of topcoats and clearcoats are still predominantly solvent-borne. We produce a full spectrum of highly resilient and flexible resins for automotive OEM, depending on where they are used they can be based on polyester, acrylic or urethane chemistries that are available in one or two-pack systems. Efficiency, economics and performance will largely depend on the resins used and we can support the coating formulator to achieve the best balance that meets their customer needs.
This saturated polyester can be diluted with water for primer surfacer applications, with high flexibility, chemical resistance and good adhesion.
