Leading and integrated supplier of standard PA6 materials used in Manifolds with an extended portfolio to address special requirements:
Akulon® PA6 : Enhanced burst pressure and laser weldable grades for more safety and flexibility in manifold design
Akulon® Ultraflow™ gives up to 25% moulding productivity gains and better surface finish, enables smaller moulding machines to be used.
Stanyl® offers significantly improved heat resistance over PA6, eliminating the need to use metal if temperatures exceed PA6 or PA66 capabilities, but still reducing costs by up to 10%. Can use with Akulon® PA6 in all plastic bi-material solutions for optimised cost of high temperature manifolds.
