Arnitel® has a high carbon dioxide to oxygen permselectivity. Sealed packages
will maintain a lower CO2 than oxygen atmosphere, ideal for keeping fresh
produce e.g. mushrooms and green vegetables, fresher for longer.
Arnitel® gives very tough and puncture resistant films, capable of
temperatures to 160°C. For certain meat processing requirements it provides a
single packaging solution from abattoir to consumer use, protecting against
contamination and bacteria.
Stanyl®: the high temperature option
With short term resistance up to 275°C, Stanyl offers the highest temperature
resistance of easily processable film materials. Stanyl has 50% higher oxygen
barrier properties than the best BOPA film and can be processed down to
thicknesses of 15µm.
