Ultraflow requires lower injection pressures and fills molds more easily,
giving greater design freedom. Internal stresses are lower and drop test
performance can increase. Warpage is generally reduced.
Ultraflow gives a better surface finish on molded parts. Even highly filled
parts – with up to 60% glass reinforcement – can be molded under conditions
used for normal 30% filled materials without sacrificing on appearance. Higher
stiffness materials further increase design flexibility
