Helmets

Military personnel, SWAT teams, anti-riot police, security guards and money transporters alike are happy to wear lightweight helmets made of Dyneema® UD. Unlike conventional composite helmets, Dyneema® UD helmets protect the wearer not only against grenade fragments but also against bullets, at the the lowest possible weight.

The wearer is fully protected, both against fragments and all major handgun bullets.

Helmets are required to incorporate an increasing amount of communication gear and night vision equipment without the overall weight increasing or the protection level falling. Dyneema® UD’s light weight makes this possible, and Dyneema® UD-based helmets are both comfortable to wear over long periods of time and easy to carry.
