Stanyl is resistant to a wide range if chemicals. In fact, at higher temperatures its resistance to oils and greases is excellent.

Resistance to fuels

Stanyl also has outstanding resistance to fuels with low permeating levels, even for alcohol-containing fuels. It’s therefore an ideal material for Under the Hood applications in the automotive industry - and indeed for other industrial applications like gears and bearings.
