We understand that consistency and security of supply is of paramount importance to our customers. Which is why we offer the global coverage to meet these needs, wherever they may be. That means you can be assured of quality and consistency of product, service and delivery wherever in the world you are, including dedicated people ‘on the ground’.
Our Total Quality program puts continuous improvement at the heart of everything we do - using tools like Six Sigma to create solid foundations for success. Our directives are detailed in our Global Management System and are based on ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 9001:2008 standards, including the core tools like Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
We offer a range of services to customers, not least Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) – increasingly important in the current climate. In fact we provide value-added services at every stage of the product lifecycle - including application support (from conceptualization through to troubleshooting) and design & process engineering.
Our outlook is very simple. There is no point succeeding commercially in a world that fails. Stanyl for example, is halogen free; its excellent heat performance now enables lead-free resoldering; and when used for friction reduction it’s proven to reduce fuel consumption and thus carbon emissions. However, this is just part of an evolving cradle-to-cradle approach based on more efficient processes - both at our own facilities and those of our customers.
