Professor dr hab. eng. Adam Wiśniewski, a retired Lieutenant Colonel, is the Head of the Material Engineering Department in MIAT, specialist in armors, ammunition and material engineering. He is the author of multiple books, articles and inventions which have been patented and applied in vehicles around the globe.

Heikki Kinnunen, MSc University of Oulu, Department of metallurgy. He joined Raahe Steel Mill 1997 and participated first years heavy plate R&D of TM rolled steels plates. Between 2002 – 2008 as an application engineer for shipbuilding and offshore steels. Work with protection steels started 2008 and journey continues.
Ludger Weichert, graduate in Business Administration, Dipl.Kfm. Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen. He joined SSAB in Feb. 1989, since then in different positions in Germany, Sweden and USA, work with protection approx.. 10 years ago.

Nate Paykel is an experienced professional in the field of ballistic armor and survivability solutions bringing a breadth of knowledge from technical roles with both finished solution providers and materials manufacturers. Nate graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and a Master’s degree in Materials Science from North Carolina State University.
