Presentation about the next generation plant-based cheese

Kees Muijlwijk, Principal application expert at DSM will speak about the next generation plant-based cheese at the SDT Summer Symposium. The 2022 SDT Annual Dinner and Symposium will be held on Wednesday 29th June 2022 in the Members Pavilion at the Staffordshire County Showground. The Symposium will start the proceedings with three speakers presenting on cheese and dairy related topics during the afternoon.
