Judith van Peij is the Innovation Manager Baking at DSM Food Specialties, based in Delft, the Netherlands. In her role, Judith drives DSM’s global baking innovation and application project portfolio.
She holds a master’s degree in Food Science from Wageningen University & Research (WUR) and has close to 25 years’ experience in R&D, product development and project management in the food industry. Prior to joining DSM in 2012, she worked in ingredient and product development, including consumer applications for a variety of food segments. Passionate about realizing innovation in the baking industry, Judith leverages DSM’s extensive technical expertise and broad portfolio of baking enzymes, vitamins and functional ingredients to help customers develop great-tasting baked goods with improved quality.
