With extensive experience in food technology and packaging, Danielle recognizes that food protection is a complex matrix that comprises product design and ingredients, production processes, hygiene, food safety and packaging. She works side-by-side with customers to help them implement DSM’s biopreservation solutions and packaging technologies effectively, allowing them to increase efficiency and prevent food spoilage.
