Karoline Kjaerulff is Global Business Manager, Fermented Milk Products at DSM. She has a passion for the dairy industry and the strong impact that culture solutions can give to dairy products. She particularly enjoys working closely with customers and her colleagues on actions to bring innovative solutions to the market.
Karoline has a master’s degree in Dairy Science and Technology from the Technical University of Copenhagen, and a degree in International Business and Marketing. She has been active in the dairy culture field for more than ten years, and in probiotic cultures alone for five years. Her experience allows her to understand the challenges that today’s dairy manufacturers face and help them grow. Her in-depth knowledge of the sector, business development expertise and passion for dairy make her the ideal partner to our customers wishing to develop innovative, improved products. Her current focus is on the development of the fermented milk landscape by inspiring DSM’s customers to produce more healthy, indulgent, natural and sustainable fermented milk products, more efficiently.
