Kjeld van de Hoef is Business Director for Baking at DSM Food Specialties. In his role, Kjeld steers the DSM baking segment by delivering on the needs of the baking ingredient industry and helping to shape and anticipate the future direction of the sector. He works with key customers to meet their needs in a variety of global baking applications by leveraging DSM’s extensive portfolio of baking enzymes, vitamins and other functional ingredients.
Kjeld has worked at DSM since 2007. In this time, he has been active in a range of different commercial leadership roles in DSM’s Resins and Functional Materials business. He holds a master’s degree in General Management and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Nyenrode University. Kjeld looks forward to combining his global experience in B2B business operations with energy and drive, while also making close connections with customers, stakeholders and colleagues, to help support and enhance DSM’s leadership position in the baking ingredient market.
