ECUの高性能プラスチック

車のブレーキシステムにおいて、失敗があってはなりません。電気制御ユニット(ECU)はアンチロック・ブレーキシステム(ABS)を、他の重要なシステムと同様に作動させコントロールします。つまり高熱、湿度、塩水飛沫、熱衝撃および振動に対する強度を有する必要があります。これがメーカーがStanyl®ポリアミド46へ替えている理由です。

Stanyl®は、その優れた強度および良好なフロー特性により、薄壁で軽量化された部品の大量生産を可能とし、ますますこの用途で使われるようになっています。軽量化は自動車の電気部品の増加と共に部品の重要なニーズとなっています。
