By enabling stabilization at temperatures of up to 7 °C Brewers Clarex reduces the amount of energy needed by eliminating the deep cooling step in the stabilization process. A LCA (Life Cycle Analysis) carried out for Brewers Clarex demonstrates a carbon emission reduction of 8%. Our enzyme also improves beer filtration cycle lengths, thus reducing the amount of water and beer loss, all without impacting beer (taste or foam) quality.
