DSM Nutritional Products launches concentrated DHA powder for Infant Nutrition
The new powder does not require flavors to mask the taste and has a balanced composition, meaning it satisfies the stringent demands of regulation and the infant nutrition industry. Despite the high DHA content, it does not give the typical off flavor caused by oxidation of the oil in the powder, a problem associated with many omega-3 products on the market. DSM’s position as the world leader in the formulation of sensitive ingredients, has enabled the creation of unique omega-3 powders which demonstrate exceptional resistance to oxidation and outstanding stability.
