DSM and Weigwan, 20 years of Partnership to Create New Co-Branding Cooperative Model   

2016年6月24日,活跃于健康、营养和材料领域的全球科学公司荷兰皇家帝斯曼集团与台湾韦冠实业有限公司(以下简称“帝斯曼”与“韦冠”)合作的第二十年,双方在台北正式宣布创建联合品牌这一新模式,更好的助力于服务本地市场。帝斯曼和韦冠合作的数十载也见证了整个台湾烘焙市场日新月异的蓬勃发展。并且台湾是整个亚洲烘焙产业的重要指针,也是帝斯曼食品配料集团关注的重要市场。合作期间,帝斯曼和韦冠共同打造了诸多针对台湾市场的产品及解决方案,例如联合品牌馒头面粉酶制剂解决方案,该产品能生产稳定优质的馒头产品和优化面团操作,是为馒头产业开发的简单、便捷与实用的酶制剂解决方案。还有其他烘焙类解决方案能应用面条、蛋糕等当地多种烘焙产品,促进面团的形成,改善质构,提高稳定性。

On June 24, 2016, the day marking the 20th anniversary of the partnership between DSM China Ltd.(known as “DSM”) and Taiwan Weiguan Co., Ltd.(“Weiguan”), the two partners announced that they would further their cooperation into a co-branding new model to better serve the local market. Years of collaborations also witnessed the rising and developing of the baking market in Taiwan. Taiwan, as an important indicator of the entire baking industry of Asia, is a key market to DSM Food Specialties. During their partnership, DSM and Weigwan jointly created many products and solutions for Taiwan market, such as co-branded enzyme preparation for steamed buns. The product helps to produce consistently high-quality steamed buns, and it also optimizes the production process that is easy-to-use, convenient and practical for the steamed buns business. There are other baking solutions which can be used to make noodles and cakes for local need. Such products help with the forming of dough, changes textures and structures and improves stability.

As the market develops more concern for food safety, consumers now have higher requirements on quality and safety than before.
