What analyise types are available?

Four analysis types are available* in the digital form
1. Mycotoxin
2. Nutritional and Quality (NIR + Vitamin and Carotenoid + Proximal, Mineral and Other)
3. Bone Quality
4. Enzyme Recovery

*Analysis type availability may differ based on user location and services authorization received in CRM from the ANH sales and technical representatives.

When will SciTell™ Analytical Services be available for customers?

Customers started to be gradually onboarded in Q2 2025, allowing them to request analytical services on their own via the digital form.

Can I submit sample(s) for analysis in once when selecting multiple analysis type?

You can NOT combine multiple analysis types in one request. Analysis requests can be submitted ONLY for a unique analysis type.

Can I submit sample(s) for analysis in once to multiple laboratories?

You can NOT combine multiple laboratories in one request. Analysis requests can be submitted ONLY for a unique laboratory location.

How can we create several samples for one request?

Copy function is copying your source sample once.
Duplicate function allows you to duplicate your sample up to 50 copies in one go.
Both the copy and duplicate functions are available after you have successfully created and saved your sample, on the confirmation page. The duplicate function is also available from the dashboard, using the 3 dots menu of your source sample.

Can multiple samples be submitted in a single request?

Yes, multiple samples can be submitted in one request. However, samples from different customers, different labs or requiring different analysis types cannot be combined. The system will block these cases automatically.
Few other conditions are applying specifically for Mycotoxin Spectrum Top® 50 analysis type and detail is available directly on the dashboard.

Will customers receive results automatically when inputted by the lab?

No, AM/TM(s) must control the results before triggering the publication to customers. Customers will then receive automatic notifications and could access the results report(s).

Is the shipping label specific to one company (like DHL) or can we use any courier we want? Is the transport paid by us, or by the customer?

The shipping label is not courier-specific. It has only the information of the lab (address, attention of, phone/email). The customer will have to organize transport and get another label from the selected shipping company.
