Supporting optimal performance of your medical device

Hydrophilic lubricious coatings are designed to enhance maneuverability of catheters and patient comfort by maintaining lubricity throughout the procedure. Cardiovascular devices such as PTCA catheters and delivery systems are typical examples in which the ComfortCoat® coating can enhance patient comfort as well as urology catheters, such as Foley and intermittent catheters.

All of our ComfortCoat® coating application processes can be customized, making fine-tuning possible to meet specific device requirements. The coating reagents are UV-cured, a highly reliable process that results in consistent quality and coating uniformity. All of our coating reagents are ready-to use and can be commercially applied on a large scale.
