DSMと味の素株式会社は、日本政府の主催により2021年12月7日および、8日に開催された 東京栄養サミット2021 (N4G)の公式サイドイベ ントとして、2021年11月30日にオンラインフォーラム「学校給食と子ども達の未来～官民連携で実現する、サステナブルで健康的な食習慣づくり」を共同開催しました。子ども時代の栄養改善における学校給食の有効性や、学校給食を活用した栄養教育の大切さなど、事例やエビデンスに基づいた有意義な議論が展開されました。

DSM and Ajinomoto Co., Ltd. jointly hosted an online forum "School Meals - Unleashing the full potential of the next generation" on November 30, 2021, as an official side event of the Tokyo Nutrition for Growth Summit 2021 (N4G), organized by the Japanese government and held on December 7 and 8, 2021.  The forum featured meaningful discussions based on case studies and evidence on the effectiveness of school lunches in improving childhood nutrition and the importance of nutrition education using school lunches.
