dsm-firmenich announces agreement to transfer DSM Pension Services to Pension Fund DSM Nederland

dsm-firmenich, innovators in nutrition, health, and beauty, announces that it has reached an agreement to transfer its Dutch pension administration organisation (DSM Pension Services or DPS) including all ~70 employees to Stichting Pensioenfonds DSM Nederland (PDN), the independent manager of the pension fund of 16 companies. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals. 

Today’s transaction secures the high-quality service of DPS and its people for the longer term and thus benefits the members and pensioners of PDN. 

PDN was established to serve as DSM’s pension fund in the Netherlands, but over the years, has evolved into independently managing the collective pension schemes of 16 companies and serving 27.000 members. The transaction today is the result of a strategic reorientation that started in June 2022 to find a new home and secure a good future for DSM Pension Services.
