SAFETY DATA SHEET for the skin bioactive ingredient REGU®-SEB according to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006.
REGU®-SEB is a natural bioactive complex consisting of polyphenol-rich fractions from the fruits of the North America saw palmetto, together with South American sesame seeds, in a Moroccan argan kernel oil base. REGU®-SEB balances and mattifies oily skin to unveil a natural look, by regulating the production of sebum to a normal level, based on 5α-reductase inhibition. REGU®-SEB is a clear, yellowish to orange coloured, slightly viscous, oily liquid solution.
