Delvotest®

Easy-to-use, reliable, antibiotic residue tests

Delvotest®, the gold standard for antibiotic residue testing in the global dairy industry

Forty years ago, DSM introduced Delvotest®, an easy-to-use, reliable, antibiotic residue test for Farmers, Dairies and Milk Control Laboratories. Today, Delvotest® is the gold standard for antibiotic residue testing in the global dairy industry. It provides all players in the dairy value chain the confidence to meet increasingly stringent global legislation and quality demands.

Delvotest® is easy to use and detects the broadest spectrum of antibiotic residues in every kind of milk – cow, sheep, goat, buffalo – as well as in dairy products. It is known for its reliability and accuracy with detection levels closest to Maximum Residue Levels and Safe Tolerance Levels (US). Therefore, Delvotest® is chosen as the national reference test in most countries worldwide and is AFNOR & AOAC certified.

By testing on individual cow level, farmers will not run the risk of contamination on bulk tank level, preventing the unnecessary destruction of milk. Testing costs are negligible compared to the costs involved with quality issues or of a single fine, providing Farmers a low-cost insurance for their business.
