At this year’s BRAU Breviale, which takes place from 12-14 November 2019 at Nürnberg Messe, DSM will present its solutions for more sustainable brewing. Passion Fruit Kölsch is a crushable, refreshing fruit-forward beer ready for fun in the sun. Traditional Kölsch brewed with passion fruit juice and tropical American hops. 

Enzymes for processing: Rapidase® Press to prevent filtration and haze issues and Filtrase® NL Fast to improve mash and beer filtrations.
